Anyone heard of giving Colostrum as a supplement?
As we are trying to fix my daughters digestive and intestinal problems we came across a remedy commonly used to treat it...Colostrum. They actually get it from cows and it has the same make up with slightly higher vitamins than our colostrum. While it may sound a little weird to give my two year old drops of this, has anyone ever used it on a toddler or heard about it. Just want to make sure it's a legit (I researched the company as well as was referred to it and everything seems fine) supplement before I start using it. It's pasteurized and meant for human use

- It shouldn't hurt her unless she's allergic to cows milk. If my child were having problems I'd try it.
- colostrum is good for the baby but i think, colostrum only get after birth of the child, it the first extract milk from the mother, and in terms in the cow's colostrum,i don't know if it good. there are other special milk products that can fix the digestive problem of your child. it is better to ask your pedia about this before giving anything to your daughter.
- never heard of it but i am sure it is fine
