What would be a good supplement / vitamin for college student?

Hello everyone, I am 20 years old healthy college student (male). I am not overweight or have any illness, plus I exercise everyday. Should I be taking any vitamins or supplements? I want little more boosts and energy when I am exercising and little better concentration when I am at school. Currently only meds I am taking is protein for weight training and that’s about it. I heard enzymes and colostrums is ideal for me. what supplement would you recommend for me to take? I don’t have any problem with my system I just want something that can help me improve my overall fitness level and daily activities. Thank you

  1. i take vitamin b complex and a multivitamin everyday and im in college. since we are in college we dont get all of the healthy food we would normally get. b complex gives me a little boost of energy and a multivitamin is just healthy for you
  2. a simple multi and eat veggies- cans or frozen both cheap and nuts, whole grains
  3. If you're a college student, you probably don't get a good enough diet, so yeah you need a multivitamin
  4. A good brand of multivitamin daily is enough.
