milky colostrum?

afternoon to all i was just wondering is it normal to have milky colostrum at 35 weeks?i have never noticed it in previous pregnancies.could this be a sign bub's isn't far away?i have had plenty of signs of early labor.

  1. I've had that - and it started about 35 weeks. I'm now 38 and still no sign of the baby. I first heard it would be yellowish. But since I had the same stuff as you I looked into it and I found: "Colostrum is different from mature milk in other ways as well. It contains more salt and protein, and less sugar and fat then mature milk. It even looks different. It is ranges in appearance from clear and watery to thick, yellowish and sticky. "
  2. It's normal. Mine started 2 weeks ago at 26 weeks.
