Colostrum Powder

Have you tried colostrum for to recover for lifting?

Has anyone ever tried bovine colostrum for lifting, i heard it was high in igf-1. If so could you reccommend a product.

1. I use the Isagenix products and they have a product that contains colostrum called IsaMune. Website reference below.
