How can I boost my immune system after being sick?

So within the past 3 months, I've had bronchitis, some kind of virus, and strep throat, along with a very high fever. How can I give my body a boost and really "healthy it up", so to say. I naturally have a weak immune system but is there anything I can do?

  1. Take a multi vitamin daily, I also like E-mergency... and also take some probiotics. Culturelle is a good one. If you have sinus troubles get a netti pot Also light to moderate exercises and get a good nights sleep each night. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day
  2. Of course there is something you can do to boost your health and you should have been doing it all along. Exercise, plenty of rest and a good multi-vitamin. I like to take a B supplement with B -12 added. Always eat well; that means stay away from fast foods..
  3. Well whenever I get sick or was sick I go to Robeks and get an immunity boost. It is full of vitamins and they are very good.
  4. There is help vitamins are the best way to go there is a lot of vitamins out there what you want to look for is something to build red blood cells up go on line there are other vitamins that you can take that will help you all the way around. Check it out Hope you feel better soon P.S. if you take meds they take the vitamin out of your body so you need to replace them.
  5. Besides extra vitamin C every day, taking the natural antibiotics colloidal silver and garlic oil every day will also boost your immune system.
