What is something good to take for the immune system?

I work with children and get everything they get! Is there a good type of immune system builder out there anyone has tried and proved it to work? If so let me know what it is! Thanks!

  2. the best way is the hardest.set a work out daily to build it up natural immune.till then Tylenol. you could cover.your mouth and nose with a cotton cover.wash your hands often,or use a sanitation cleaning wash cloth.get the kids to wash often.
  3. Eat right, lots of fruits and vegies. OJ or grape juice every morning is good. Stay in shape, work out on a regular basis. Drink lots of water and water related drinks. A fit hydrated body with healthy diet will fight off germs better. I agree with the hand washing. Good point.
  4. Haha. These answers are crap. First of all the best way to build an immune system is to expose it to stuff. Second making sure your body has all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients it needs to rebuild and repair is key. Third, hand washing. Every time you enter a room or leave a room. If a kid wipes his/her nose, wash their hands. Clorox wipes for all the surfaces, Germ-X wipes for food surfaces, hands and faces.
