Leaking clear fluid earlier in pregnancy, what is it?

I was leaking clear stuff from my breasts one day. What is it? Is it colostrum. I know it's normal , I just want to know what it is. Thank you. I knew it was normal. I just didn't know what the heck it was. I though that colostrum was like milky or yellow, maybe tan.

1. that i guess can happen its getting your breasts ready for if you want to breastfeed. it just dont have any milk in it thats why it looks like that

3. Most likely is colostrum. Mine did the same thing. I could lightly squeeze them and the stuff would come out! This was my first pregnancy and I found it kinda amusing and strange in a weird way. Your body is just getting prepared. The colostrum is the stuff your newborn really needs during those first few days. Its full of all sorts of antibodies. So let him or her have it!! Haha. 4. Yeah it is colostrum.. mine is a little thick not so much but it is a milky clear..it starts forming in ur breasts at 16 weeks so yeah.. and it is attached to the placenta
