- The first thing you should do is see your doctor to rule out any real problems. Then, concentrate on your diet; make sure you are eating enough of the right foods. Take a multivitamin and perhaps some extra zinc.
- Vitamin C and A and it is advisable to take through selection of food. Swimming or workout is a must to improve general health.
- A little extra vitamin C around this time of year will help you out very well. Multivitamins are good, but I also "prescribe"(LOL) iron supplements. The 325 milligram a day will help build you up. Leafy dark greens will give you more iron, some vitamin E will help you keep your skin in good shape, exercise and getting out in the sun will increase the "feel good" serotonin chemicals in the brain as well. Keep yourself on a regular schedule as well. People's guts get out of whack if they're not in sync with a schedule.
- Rest, a healthy diet and exercise should be considered. I find shopping at health food stores and asking questions about vitamins, etc., esp. A,C,E, and Zinc can help boost your immune system. Lots of fruits and veggies a must.
- I agree, go see a doctor to find out why you have the colds as much as you do. Yes, having a weaker immune system could be the reasoning. Upon seeing the doctor, there are vitiume C pills you could take for immune support. Orange juice...anything with Vituitm C in it.
