Leaking colostrum before period, sign of pms or pregnancy?

I have a 10 month old that I could not breastfeed. For the past two days I've had sore boobs and leaking colostrum just out of the right one. I have weird periods so it will either start sometime between tomorrow and Monday. I did test yesterday just to see and it was negative. So I don't know if this a period thing (never had it), postpartum, or early pregnancy. THANKS!

1. I too had this problem last month, I have not breastfed my son since he was 10 months old and he is 2 now. My periods are irregular too and I thought I was pregnant for awhile but all the test said negative and then bam a light 4 day period showed up, I still have the fullness in my breast although I am no longer leaking colostrum. Take a test next week and see what it says. I wish you the best. I hope I was of some help
2. Just to be one the safe side, I would call the dr. Leaking breasts is a sign of breast cancer
