How can I build up my immune system?
Ever since I was a little girl, I've had a knack for getting sick. I always get sick at the worst times too! The past 3 years I've had to go to the hospital (all around the same time) because of severe dehydration. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there any way that I can build up my immune system to stop getting so many colds? And do you know of any reason I keep getting dehydrated?

- are you drinking enough water? you should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. and they need to be 16 oz glasses at least. I drink 96oz of water a day. I haven't been sick in years. also, get plenty of sleep every night. at least 7 hrs. more if you can. try and keep stress out of your life. eat lots of fruit and veggies and take a multivitamin. also, you should exercise at least 3 days a week. good luck.
- Plenty of sleep, plenty of water and eat 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables per day. Exercise at least 20 minutes per day for at least 3 days each week. Washing your hands on a frequent and regular basis is not really a way to build your immune system but it is a way to prevent spreading germs to yourself. This will help you avoid getting sick. Good luck
- Take vitamins with extra vit C and drink tons of water to keep toxins from building up in your body.
