  1. I guess sleep well, take multi vitamins, eat right, take walks , just be a happy and well contented person and stay away from mean people. They are not good for your immune system. That is the one thing that you can do to help yourself. God Bless you.
  2. Stay away from anti biotics and go to health food stores and look for pro biotics. Stay away from things like flu shots and stuff like that. Also preservatives and over the counter meds just make your body more reliant, and doesnt give your body enough time to build up. Excersise is also a big plus. Go here this lady helped me... http://www.lsfitness.com
  3. There are quite a few natural products that help to support the immune system directly. There's Colostrum, mushrooms (Reishi, Maitake, and Shiitake), Elderberry, Echinacea (which should not be taken long-term), Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP-6), CoQ10, any basic antioxidants, and many other things that are less powerful, but still give some impact. Making sure you are living a generally healthy lifestyle (enough sleep and exercise, for example) is a simple and seemingly obvious thing as well. (edit): The probiotics that another person answered are good for their digestion, which can impact your immune system.... but they don't help to build or boost your immune system directly. Of course, they are a good idea for general daily health, so many people can get benefits from them.... but most people would get more of an immune system boost from a typical vitamin C.
  4. eat healthy, get good sleep, plenty of exersize take a good mulitvtamin. Laugh a lot. halthy living habits are the key to a good immune system no matter what anyone is trying to sell you.
  5. To begin with you want to eat healthy, get plenty of rest and plenty of fluids, preferably water. Take a multivitamin because our food isn't so nutritious anymore. (Soil depletion and artificial fertilizers.) Avoid refined sugar -- it depresses the immune system. Specific vitamins and supplements linked to a healthy immune system are C, Enchinea, and Zinc. (I'm sure there are more, but those are all I know off the top of my head.) I don't know if they actually work, just reporting the gossip. Also, my daughter-in-law swears by Airborn.
  6. getting diseases builds up your immune system. like when you get your small pox shot they are giving you cow pox a lesser form of it so you can build an immunity to it.
  7. Take a moderate amount of Vitamin C. Take them through natural way by eating fruits and drinking fresh juice. Take a good sleep,6 to 8 hrs. a day is enough. Do some exercise but do not over strain yourself.
  8. there are several things you can do take vitamins or suppliments rich in vitamin c, zinc, and echanesia which are all natural immune system boosters and yogurt contains good bacteria that boost immunity and prevents yeast infections in woman
