Immune system?
My brother has a low immune system and he gets sick for 1 month everytime he catches fever. Is there anything that he can eat that will boost his immune system? He's in the age range of 13-15.

- Has he had his immune system checked or is this a subjective evaluation? The best way to boost iummunity in an otherwise healthy person is exercise, a 30 min walk every day should be enough, and eat lots of vegetable salads, carrots, red peppers, tomatoes, chopped cabbage, cucumbers, lots of colourful and dark green veggies every day in addition to reasonably healthy diet, some meat for iron and protein, some grains , don't overdo any one thing, some fruit, some dairy, try for balance.
